Hello and welcome. I'm a multi-disciplinary holistic therapist and have been living, working and learning within the world of holistic & transformational healing for the last 25 years. I hold a safe and compassionate space to support you through deep listening. conversation, therapeutic touch, energy medicine and energy healing.
I see people with a diverse range of symptoms, from acute & chronic pain to feelings of sadness, anxiety, trauma & depression or for those of you wanting to slow down, reconnect to your self and to enhance your sense of wellbeing. My approach is holistic which, in simple terms, means that I meet you as a unique individual and listen to all aspects of you and how you are.
The treatments I offer are not limited to any particular named conditions, illnesses or imbalances; they can be used alone or in conjunction with each other and importantly are directed and adjusted to your specific and evolving needs. They all help connect you to your innate ability to heal and find more balance and peace in your life.
